Q. Is your website secure ?
A. Yes , whilst general browsing prior to log in is not
secure , once logged in and at all stages of the checkout procedure our site is
256 bit High Grade SSL Encrypted. You can visually see confirmation by the
Padlock Logo appearing at the bottom right of your browser. In addition whilst
browsing secure pages you will observe the prefix https in your browser address
bar at the top of your browser. By clicking on the padlock logo at bottom of
your browser you will observe our SSL Certificate Details. Our SSL Certificate
is held by Equifax.
Q. Whilst making payment, are any of my details held
by NTR Trading Company or trackable publicly ?
A. No, NTR Trading Company do not receive or retain any data
in relation to your Credit Card Payment. Our Payment Gateway is through Paypal
and all information supplied and transmitted by your is fully encrypted.
NTR Trading Company are a fully verified Paypal Merchant and fully registered
with Paypal as a Merchant Online Trader
Q. Do you accept payment by Cheque, Bankers Draft,
Bank Transfer or Postal Order ?
A. Yes we do , however this is applicable to UK Customers
Only. Due To Bank Charges applicable on non UK transfers we are unable to accept
any other method of payment from non UK Buyers than through our checkout and
payment by Paypal or Credit Card. We do not accept manual payment for certain
items e.g. Utility Knifes , Blades , Solvents etc or any other age restricted
product. Payment for any such item will be required by Credit Card to confirm
person purchasing is over 18 years age as stipulated by UK Law. NTR Trading
Company at any time can refuse to complete any transaction in relation to such
products should they deem appropriate.
Q. Are all your items available Ex Stock ?
A. NTR Trading Company carry high levels of stock at all times
for most of our product range. We do however have agreements in force for some
items which are difficult to store or is more advantageous for us to allow our
supplier to deliver direct on our behalf. e.g. palletised goods , large and very
bulky items or items which require special handling. At any time a product is
not available we will first of all contact you and offer you a substitute, place
order on back order or at your request refund in full. At all times we will make
contact with you to discuss any alternative arrangements or advise of any delay
in processing of your order.
Q. What is your normal handling time from placement of
my order to despatch ?
Our website is automated and from placing and paying for
your order, your order will normally be processed and ready for despatch within
24 hours , Monday To Friday normal working hours excluding Public and Bank
Holidays.
Q. My purchase has arrived and I am not happy and wish
to return ?
A. NTR Trading Company operate a no quibble returns policy on
all items sold. Items must remain in new condition and packaging unopened. At
time of return all packaging and documents in relation to your purchase will be
required. We always suggest if a problem contact is made with us by either email
or telephone, very often with a little communication between both parties, any
dispute or queries can easily be resolved. ( Please also read our Terms and

Q. Whilst browsing your site , I have encountered
problems or found broken links.
A. A site as large as ours with so many products, small
glitches can occur from time to time, this may be a result of upgrading the site
or updating of stock products. We do run any maintenance on the site between
2.00 am and 6.00 am GMT to minimise any disruption, but we do welcome any
communications in relation to any problem you may encounter. This will allow us
to investigate and fix should we not be aware of any problems. Please contact us
