At NTR Trading Company we take great pride in processing your order as quickly and professionally as possible. Automated systems are in force and you will be fully informed at each part of your order process by email.

Please note that it is now a requirement by Royal Mail that all Recorded Deliveries and Courier Deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

If an order is returned to us we will charge for a re-delivery. A contact telephone number is required on all orders and at time of registration you will be asked to supply.. This allows us if at any time problems arise we may contact you to resolve any issues. In light of any errors at time of registering your account , ie address incorrect details , the buyer will be held responsible for any redelivery charges or subsequent claim for loss or delay of their delivery. We ask you to pay special attention at time of ordering and read carefully all confirmation of orders sent to you via email following the placing of your order.

All shipping charges are calculated from weight of products purchased and are automatically calculated whilst you process thro checkout. Whilst viewing products for sale an approximate weight ( * note at time of writing April 09 , we have a glitch weight showing is given as lbs , numerically the data is correct , but is in fact kilograms eg 1.8lbs is in fact 1.8kg , we are currently working on a fix for this and will update as soon as resolved. ) of the item is given for your information. For indicative prices for your information please view tables below. We ask you to carefully read section applicable to your order destination.

All prices given are effective from 1st April 2009 - NTR Trading at is discretion may change charges, Information is given as indicative prices only , but Shipping costs will be confirmed at time of checkout.

NOTE: AT TIME OF CHECKOUT SHIPPING CHARGE IS DISPLAYED EXCLUDING VAT. eg an item 100g UK , will show as £1.04 , vat will be added as finalisation of your order at checkout, at which time
the shipping gross charge will be displayed as £1.20.

United Kingdom Delivery Options and Terms

All orders will normally be despatched within 24-48 hours from cleared payment. This only applies on normal business days, i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. and delivery is usually within 2 to 5 working days after despatch with a 1st Class Royal Mail or Courier Delivery Service.  For smaller Items , orders totalling in weight below 2 Kilos we normally use Royal Mail, but they may be instances when this service would be applicable for such areas as Northern Ireland , Scottish and Channel Islands where surcharges in relation to using a courier service may exceed using Royal Mail. Charges given as UK Mainland Courier are available only for United Kingdom Mainland. These charges do not include Northern Ireland , Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle of Wight etc. For Items heavier than 2 kilos we highly recommend your contacting us for price for shipping and we will try establish what would be the cheapest option for you. Note we reserve the right to not process any order of which postage options at checkout have been selected are incorrect. For example , Channel Islands , UK Mainland Courier option having been selected for an item of 3000 g giving a shipping cost of £6.50 whereas First Class Mail Option should have been selected at a cost of £12.00. In such instances we will contact you via email request surcharge payment. Refusal of such surcharge will render the order as cancelled and we will refund what payment has been made in relation to the order in question.

EU Member States

Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets or International Courier. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee if applicable and it will be the buyers responsibility to check if applicable to their purchase. Airmail has limit of 2 kilos in weight , for orders in excess of 2 kilos we will use a Courier Service. Please note many large items or heavy items are not available for Non UK Shipment. We will of course at all times try to accommodate and suggest you make contact with us info@ntrtrading.co.uk for clarification prior to Purchase. We reserve the right to refund and cancel any order for a European Destination of which our Courier cannot deliver items as per our Mainland Europe Rate eg .. Malta , Gibraltor , Greek Islands ,  and some Eastern European Mainland Countries. Our European Courier Rate is based on delivery to the following EEC Countries. France , Spain, Portugal , Germany and Belgium .

Rest of the World

These charges must be paid by the consignee if applicable and it will be the buyers responsibility to check if applicable to their purchase. NTR Trading Company reserves the right to levy a charge of up to 15% of the order value on orders that are cancelled after ordering but not yet despatched to cover any administration or packaging costs. If your order has already been despatched it will be the buyers responsibility to return goods back to us " In New Condition " at their expense prior to any refund being given against their original transaction..
