 With clients from our home town to Florida USA , Ontario Canada and Queensland Australia , we are successfully trading and selling our products worldwide. Starting initially and following on and expanding from our very successful online presence on such sites as Ebay and Amazon and our old smaller site, We decided to have our very own Website and Online Store. We hope this would become a place where our customers both old and new can comfortably visit, put a face to the name, a point of contact and feel comfortable with the knowledge that they are in safe hands and can be treated with the more hands on personal basis, the personal touch we believe is a thing often forgotten from shopping online today.

Excellence ..... and nothing less will do is our motto , after all your the customer and the customer when paying for services and goods should be treated with the courtesy and service they would normally expect from shopping in the High Street. We fully test our products and source from reliable sources and at all times portray what we consider is a fair description and appraisal of the products we sell. We hope in addition to our Site, Customers and Visitors will also participate in our newly formed Forum. Here questions may be asked, problems resolved .... even if you don't want to purchase goods , a place where perhaps you can pop in and visit discuss your DIY Projects, advise and share your own expertise or just in general have a fun time with other customers and share a joke and a laugh. Why not ? when one visits their local Tool Store we all like to chat and discuss what we would like and what goods we would like to purchase etc .... why should shopping online be any different.
 


A little about the people you are dealing with ...

Hi I'm Nick, I have been involved and still am with my own business, specialising in sales and marketing from within the Flexible Packaging Industry and have done so successfully for the last twenty years. In addition to utilising my html skills I am responsible for the sourcing of our products, I go as far as test them in my workshop and basically stick to my simple rule of thumb " If the product at the price we sell at wouldn't interest me or what I would consider good value for money we simply don't stock it " .

Both my wife and I both agree its important to us to run our business in a way we get to know our customers personally , they feel they are comfortable, trust us and can purchase with total confidence. and introducing Caroline .... move over Wonder Woman , you ain't no match for the love of my life ... Caroline has a very sharp eye for great deals , being a bit of a DIY buff she only too well recognises attitudes at times with regards to Women and Tools , as she constantly reminds me she is in love with my De Walt Cordless Screwdriver as much as what I am ..... anyway in addition to her heavy workload looking after 3 great kids, keeping our house up its usual standards of cleanliness she handles our Packing Department , liases with our Couriers and Post Office , progress's orders etc and in general looks after Customer Service. and the kids .. yeah even our kids help packing , stocking the shelves , labelling goods .. we have such a laugh at times when things get busy and the sellotape and bubble wrap starts to fly ... not very professional from an outsiders point of view .. I know but its all in good fun .. and the most important things do get done.

Our Goals

Well our Goals to be perfectly honest is to succeed, not only in business but also in our relationship as working partners , for the last 19 years both my wife and I have been very career orientated people , both having worked professionally and extremely hard decided to gel our relationship back into one. The setting up of our online hardware business was to bring us together in a comfortable working environment, one that would include our children and be flexible enough for us to function comfortably as a family again, no more travelling around the globe, working to meet deadlines, working late and most evenings .... more now a 9 to 5 and a few hours here and there being a more acceptable environment. At time of future expansion we intend to recruit new staff, being active in the past with Positive about Disabled People with my current business , I would like to offer something in return back into my local community.
